Shipping policy

Due to the new EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), we currently ship to Austria, Germany, and the Netherlands.

We're actively working to expand shipping to more countries. If you'd like to place an order for delivery elsewhere, just reach out to us at info@findingdodo.com and we'll see what we can do.

Costs and delivery times:

• Austria: Shipping within Austria costs €4.90. Your package should generally arrive within 2–4 business days.

• Germany: Shipping to Germany costs €9.90. Your package should generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

• Netherlands: Shipping to the Netherlands costs €9.90. Your package should generally arrive within 3–5 business days.

From an order value of €99, we deliver free of charge.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email. This also includes a tracking number so you can always keep an eye on your order.
