Refund policy

If you have entered into this purchase contract as a consumer, you are entitled to the following statutory right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please first send a notice of your withdrawal to info@findingdodo.com. We will then provide you with all the necessary information for returning the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
